Drive Trade Show Traffic
Overview
Leidos aimed to enhance attendee engagement and interest at their Health department booths during industry trade shows. By showcasing their services as leaders in innovation and technology, they aimed to attract a larger audience and deliver a memorable experience through interactive demonstrations and presentations. Leidos needed a clear way to present their Health services and marketing points to facilitate direct engagement with sales staff and optimize the sales process. A "wow factor" and a presentation tool.
A 3D Hologram Show-Stopper
With a life-size 3D holographic person display as an attraction piece, this hologram intrigued passersby as Leidos SME's prerecorded speeches enhanced with animations welcomed guests to the booth.
We setup an onsite green screen room for live SME presentations or guest interactions. Guests were thrilled to learn Leidos could make them the live hologram and send to them a video of themselves "in the hologram" afterwards. Attendees eagerly gave their contact info to receive this unique experience to share on social, turning the hologram into a lead generation tool as well.
Once attendees were engaged with the hologram, sales teams led them to a sliding touchscreen wall that visualized Leidos’ breadth of Health services to the audience. The sliding wall was designed to facilitate nonlinear conversations, allowing the sales team to move to any part of the wall’s content to support the conversation. This dynamic presentation tool dramatically improved the standard laptop with powerpoint slides industry's audience is inundated with.
Measuring success was a necessity, so we built an AI-powered computer vision system to track attendees interest and dwell time at these 2 exhibits.
A New Standard at Leidos
The success of the hologram, sliding screen, and AI analytics system at trade shows has been a resounding success for Leidos, reinventing what a booth experience could be. Now being deployed to various departments and use cases within Leidos improving their ROI. Consequently, these interactive tools are now being deployed at multiple shows across various industries. The combined use of these materials has proven highly effective, with Leidos experiencing significant increases in scheduled meetings and achieving higher-than-before average dwell times at the shows.
